What is Spiritual Direction?
Spiritual Direction
Spiritual direction is the practice of being with people in a sacred space as they attempt to deepen their relationship with the divine, as they learn to grow in their personal spirituality. The person seeking direction shares stories of their life experiences and encounters with the divine, or personal faith journey. The director listens and asks questions to guide the seeker in their process of spiritual growth.
